    Why is my order delayed?

    We make every effort to fulfill every order as quickly as possible. Typically, shipments occur within 1–3 business days of receipt of payment or cash on delivery.

    The delay may be caused by, among other things:

    • Temporarily out of stock – some products require additional time to be delivered from the manufacturer.
    • Increased number of orders – e.g. during sales, holidays or promotions.
    • Incomplete or incorrect address details – which may delay delivery.
    • Delays on the carrier's side – which unfortunately we have no influence on.

    What can you do?
    If your delivery date has passed, please contact our customer service department – ​​we will check the status of your order and provide you with full information.

    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible , preferably before it is prepared for shipping. The sooner we receive your notification, the greater the chance of successfully canceling your order.

    Cancellation is possible in the following cases:

    • The order has not yet been packed and shipped – cancellation takes place without any consequences.
    • The order has already been shipped – cancellation is not possible, but you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

    Once we receive your request, we will confirm the cancellation and refund your funds (if the order has already been paid).

    If you'd like to change the contents of your order (e.g., add or remove a product, change your delivery address, or change your payment method), please contact us immediately after placing your order . Modifications are only possible until the order is ready for shipping.

    Changes to your order may include:

    • Adding or removing a product
    • Change of address details
    • Change of payment method or delivery method
    • Modification of invoice data (if it has not been issued yet)

    We will do everything in our power to fulfill your request – as long as the status of your order allows.

    How can I track my order?

    Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email from us containing the tracking number and a link to track your shipment with your chosen carrier. This allows you to stay up-to-date on where your order is and when it will be delivered.

    If you have not received an email with a tracking link:

    • Please check the SPAM or Offers in your email inbox.
    • Please make sure the email address you provided when ordering was correct
    • Contact us and we will send you the tracking details again

    If you have an account in our store, you can also check the status of your order in the "My Orders" after logging in.

    A refund is due in the event of:

    • Withdrawal from the contract (i.e. return of goods within 14 days of receipt)
    • Cancelling an order before shipment
    • Recognition of complaints and product returns

    To receive a refund:

    1. Report a return or cancellation – preferably via the contact form or email.
    2. Return the product (if applicable) to the address provided by the store staff.
    3. After receiving the parcel and positive verification, we will process the refund.

    We will process your refund using the same method of payment (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, card). This usually takes up to 14 days from the date of withdrawal or acceptance of the return.
