Information for consumers on the right to withdraw from a distance contract
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in the Online Store within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the date on which you acquired possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired possession of the item.
A sample withdrawal form is included in Annex 2 to the Consumer Rights Act and is also available on the Online Store's website in the "Complaints and Returns" tab. You may use the sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send information concerning the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal deadline expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you for the goods immediately, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided us with proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
If you have received the item, please return it or deliver it to us at the following address: ul. L. Okulickiego 24, 33-300 Nowy Sacz, immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the item before the expiry of the 14-day period. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the item. You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling it in a manner other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
Return Policy
The goods you are returning cannot show any signs of use!
The shipment in which you return the goods must be securely packaged and protected against damage. Goods shipped without adequate protection, for example, a car radio shipped only in its original factory box, are at risk of damage during transport.
We will not accept any parcel that arrives damaged or opened.
The returned goods must be complete, which means they must contain all original accessories, such as cables, screws, user manuals, etc.
You will receive a 100% refund of the price paid for the returned goods.
You will receive a refund to your account within a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery of the returned goods to the store.
