Why is my order delayed?
We make every effort to fulfill every order as quickly as possible. Typically, shipments occur within 1–3 business days of receipt of payment or cash on delivery.
The delay may be caused by, among other things:
- Temporarily out of stock – some products require additional time to be delivered from the manufacturer.
- Increased number of orders – e.g. during sales, holidays or promotions.
- Incomplete or incorrect address details – which may delay delivery.
- Delays on the carrier's side – which unfortunately we have no influence on.
What can you do?
If your delivery date has passed, please contact our customer service department – we will check the status of your order and provide you with full information.
