GPS and CAR monitoring

GPS and CAR vehicle monitoring

We offer our clients a state-of-the-art system for tracking vehicle positions, transported cargo, and protecting drivers. This system operates on 24 American NAVSTAR military satellites and utilizes the latest GPRS and GPS technologies.

For installation, please contact us by phone: 504 286 944

We offer two mounting systems

  • GPS system without fuel monitoring
  • GPS system with fuel monitoring, etc. (connected via CAN bus)

THE SYSTEM ENABLES:

  • vehicle protection against theft,
  • recovery of a stolen vehicle,
  • protection against attack,
  • immediate and accurate vehicle location (vehicle observation on the electronic city map),
  • monitoring of transported cargo,
  • remote control of a device installed in the vehicle, e.g. starting the vehicle,
  • turning on the lights, etc.,
  • optimization, control and recording of vehicle routes,
  • automatic reporting of the achievement of specific route checkpoints.

Additionally, by using special sensors placed on the trailer flaps protecting the fuel discharge valves, we are able to:

  • monitor the fuel discharge site (e.g. gas station)
  • opening time of the flap containing the valves (each separately)
  • the time the vehicle stays at a given point and the number of stops (e.g. petrol station, vehicle loading place)
  • the number of visits to a given point by a vehicle in a given time period

The Central Monitoring Station (CMS) oversees the entire operation of the Satellite Vehicle Monitoring System (SVM). Its operators coordinate vehicle monitoring (observation using specialized digital maps), alarm signal reception, and data transmission to the client. The device configuration and extensive technical capabilities enable continuous monitoring of vehicles located throughout the country. The use of our own Vehicle Monitoring Station and high-end equipment guarantees uninterrupted two-way communication between the monitored facility and the SOLID SECURITY Central Vehicle Monitoring Station.

We are one of the few companies with constant, uninterrupted access to the GSM operator's network. Every vehicle registered with us (equipped with a controller and a transmission module) is connected to the Central Vehicle Monitoring Station. All vehicles connected to the system are guaranteed 24-hour monitoring. If an alarm signal is received, immediate action is taken, in accordance with specific procedures. The vehicle's position is tracked on a detailed digital map of the given area, while the operator notifies the police about the incident and initiates procedures agreed upon with the individual client.

WAYS OF USING THE ICAR SYSTEM

The development of electronics, information technology and the emergence of new telecommunications solutions has resulted in the creation of an integrated GPS, GSM/GPRS security system.

The GPS system allows you to determine the exact position of your vehicle anywhere in the world.

GSM/GPRS technology enables and ensures packet transmission of the above data to the monitoring center. The use of both technologies enables effective vehicle monitoring.

The Icar system can be widely used in transport companies, courier companies, taxi companies, security agencies and public utility institutions (Police, Municipal Police, Municipal Transport Authority).

All the institutions mentioned above have their own fleets, and the GPS system allows them to monitor vehicle and driver operation. Data such as vehicle position and speed, fuel flow, cargo compartment temperature, axle load, door openings in undesignated areas, and many other factors can be read by the GPS controller and collected or sent to a monitoring center. This information can be used to calculate operating time and eliminate any irregularities.

A satellite monitoring system can be helpful in managing public transport. It provides objective and accurate information on travel times between stops and allows for the generation of timetables that describe actual bus movements. This improves punctuality and the safety of drivers and passengers by enabling immediate emergency calls in the event of an accident, robbery, etc.

The application possibilities are much wider than those mentioned here, including tourism, sports, rescue, navigation and others.

The Icar system's primary application is vehicle security for both businesses and individuals. The introduction of new solutions like GPRS by telecommunications companies is reducing security costs, making it accessible not only to wealthy individuals and businesses but also to everyday road users.

In addition to vehicle protection, the GPRS system also offers other capabilities, such as property monitoring through integration with an alarm system or CCTV system.

GPS systems are constantly evolving and taking on many functions in our daily lives.
Any vehicle equipped with an Icar system controller can be monitored and controlled using specialized software accessible through a web browser by logging in at http://gps2.solidsecurity.pl/#login

In the web application, the client can manage their software account (administrative privileges) by setting up any number of sub-accounts, each with individual permissions to monitor specific vehicles, as well as permissions related to vehicle information and reporting capabilities. Logging in to a given sub-account is accomplished by entering the login and password set by the main account administrator.
