• deactivate SYNC functions such as BT and others in the SYNC menu of the OEM head unit before installation
• SYNC function emergency call is deactivated via BT function
   
• avoid malfunction of display vehicle settings:
   
• turn off the retrofit head unit
• 1: Press the voice dial button
• 2: Press the voice dial button for 2 seconds to enter the settings
• 3: Make settings only as described in the manual
• in case of malfunction in settings mode:
   
• reset after turning off the CAN bus
