A rearview camera is a functional automotive accessory that allows the driver to view the image from the rear camera on the screen. This makes reversing or parking easier, as it provides a clear view of other vehicles and blind spots behind them, such as trees, trash cans, or posts. Connecting a rearview camera requires specific connectors. We offer an adapter for connecting a rearview camera to a monitor.

How does the reversing camera adapter work? 

This cable is designed to connect a rear camera to the OEM Toyota Touch 2, Touch 2 with Go, Touch 2 with Go Plus, or Entune monitor. This adapter allows for easy plug-and-play installation without interfering with the vehicle's wiring.
The rear camera image is automatically displayed on the screen when reversing. Once connected, all OEM functions that operate via this port are retained.

Cable for connecting the rear view camera to the OEM Toyota Touch 2 monitor. With this cable you will be able to install the camera Plug & Play without damaging the car wires.
 

The image from the rearview camera will automatically be displayed on the screen when reversing. The device is connected to the 24-pin socket (as shown in the wiring diagram ). Once connected, all OEM functions that operate using this socket are retained.
 

Note!  An additionally installed rearview camera must be powered from the ACC line (first key turn), otherwise the camera input will not be active. Depending on the type of camera being connected, namely the voltage required for the camera, you can use the +6V input voltage generated by the monitor. If the camera requires more than 6V, connect the camera's power supply to the ACC line.
 

Note:  Only NTSC format cameras are supported.
 

Note:  This cable is not compatible with Entune 3.0.
