CTK Elastic 6s

A self-adhesive, soft, and lightweight thermo-acoustic mat based on foamed, flexible rubber (synthetic rubber and refining additives) with a combination of closed cells of varying shapes and sizes. This construction allows this material to combine seemingly contradictory properties: effectively absorbing and reducing noise (which is typically a feature of open-cell polyurethane-based materials that absorb water) while simultaneously providing a very high level of sound and heat insulation (blocking), while maintaining complete resistance to moisture and direct water exposure. Thanks to these properties, CTK Elastic is one of the most efficient materials on the market for thermal and acoustic insulation of vehicles and industrial equipment enclosures (machines, air conditioners, generators, etc.). Self-adhesive mats based on foamed, flexible rubber can be easily installed on surfaces with flat or slightly irregular surfaces (avoid strongly curved embossing, "silicone" plastics, and rough surfaces). In cars, they are primarily intended for use inside the cabin, as efficient thermal insulators that prevent excessive heating or cooling of the vehicle interior, and above all, as highly effective acoustic barriers that isolate the cabin from external noise (wheel noise, engine noise, etc.). Thanks to their oil- and water-resistant properties, these foams can be applied to most interior or exterior metal body parts, such as the floor, the roof behind the headliner, the interior and exterior wheel arches, the interior or exterior windshield, the inside of the trunk lid, and the interior of the door compartments.
