Dension FOA1TY1 Yazaki Fiber Optic Putty Converter is intended for Porsche cars with connectors Yazaki type.
Please note that approximately 10% of Porsche cars have Yazaki connectors . As of yet , there is no easy way to determine which vehicles are equipped with Yazaki or TYCO . The only way to determine which optical system a vehicle is equipped with is by visual inspection. Yazaki Yazaki optical system generally fitted to 2003 vehicles, production 1 and 2. (i.e.: the February 2003 production code normally located in the driver's door ).
Important:
Please check the connector in your vehicle before purchasing this part.
Yazaki plug will connect to TYCO connector . TYCO plug will not connect to socket .
