Miniature on the outside, but huge on the inside. The FineVu GX35 CLOUD is a high-quality, display-less car DVR that leverages many of FineVu's proven solutions and Sony's latest optical sensor technology. It boasts excellent image quality day and night, especially from the front camera, compatibility with the FineVu Cloud, easy operation in Polish, a wealth of useful features and settings, and a remarkably compact size. The GX35 CLOUD features a 2.5K Quad HD front camera, which utilizes Sony's latest high-quality Starvis-2 (5.12Mpx) optical sensor with effective HDR and 30% lower power consumption, as well as a Full HD rear camera with a Galaxy Core 2.0Mpx sensor. The recorder comes with a small GPS antenna and built-in high-speed dual-band 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a speed camera and average speed enforcement camera alert, ADAS Plus driving assistance systems (FVMA and LDWS), and innovative "Format-Free" recording technology, which frees the user from the need for frequent maintenance formatting of the memory card to ensure the device is always fully operational. Video from both cameras is continuously buffered in the internal memory, allowing event recordings (e.g., collisions, accidents) to cover the period 10 seconds before and 10 seconds after the event.

The proprietary "Smart" time-lapse recording mode (variable frame rate) significantly saves memory card space. It allows for approximately three times more real-time recording compared to standard recording without compromising image quality or smooth motion in recordings documenting important events. The FineVu GX35 CLOUD recorder is equipped with an energy-saving parking mode option with very low current consumption from the vehicle battery (approx. 1 mA). It also features a professional active parking mode with continuous detection of shocks and moving objects (front and rear), along with a built-in battery discharge protection system for combustion engine vehicles, hybrids (including 13V), electric vehicles, and trucks. A separate winter setting further enhances battery protection in harsh winter conditions. The Polish-language app, "FineVu CLOUD & Wi-Fi," allows the recorder to be operated via smartphones running Android and iOS.

The GX35 CLOUD dashcam can (but does not have to) remotely connect to FineVu's cloud services. This option is only available after the dashcam has internet access, for example, through an additional mobile Wi-Fi router with an LTE modem, a smartphone hotspot, an in-vehicle hotspot, or another internet access point. If cloud connectivity is not used, the dashcam operates as usual, like any other FineVu model, and is controlled via a smartphone app connected to the dashcam via Wi-Fi.

• Recommended memory cards – the manufacturer recommends using the recorder with high-quality FineVu memory cards with a capacity of 32–256 GB, which ensure long and trouble-free operation with continuous video recording in a loop. The best choice (reliability – usability – price) is the 128 GB FineVu card. Other brand memory cards have not been thoroughly or long-term tested with this device, so the manufacturer cannot guarantee that the recorder will always function properly when used with such cards without the risk of recording loss. Device malfunctions caused solely by using a memory card other than the recommended one are not grounds for a warranty claim.

• Intelligent (AI) overheating protection protects the recorder. When temperatures rise too high while parking on hot days, the recorder doesn't shut down (like other recorders) but automatically switches to energy-saving, low-power parking mode. This ensures the recorder remains alert and ready to document the event while parked.
• 3-wire power cable (BAT, ACC, GND) for permanent connection to the vehicle's installation (e.g. in the fuse box), which automatically switches the recorder's operating modes Driving / Parking using the ignition switch and ensures continuous power to the camera while driving and parking.

FineVu CLOUD KEY FEATURES in the free plan:

• Live View – remote viewing of real-time images from the front and rear cameras of the recorder via the smartphone's cellular network.
• Video Upload – Automatically upload manual emergency recordings and videos documenting shock-detected events that occur while driving and in parking mode to the cloud. Videos automatically uploaded to the cloud as a backup of detected event recordings document the time 5 seconds before and 5 seconds after the event.
• Cloud file – remote playback, downloading to your smartphone and moving to your own “My Cloud” folder videos with events automatically uploaded to the cloud.
• Notifications – Automatic, real-time push notifications to your smartphone inform you of: shock/impact detection in Driving and Parking modes, Driving/Parking mode switching, camera switching to low-power mode, insufficient cloud storage, cloud connection status, and recorder shutdown. You can customize the type of notifications you receive.
• Driving Results – analysis of your driving style based on recent and monthly driving parameters and GPS data.
• GPS tracking – check the current location of the vehicle and view the history of routes traveled on the map.
• Updates – Check currently installed and available new versions of the recorder's system software, voice language version, and speed camera database. Remotely update the recorder online via a smartphone app.
• Cloud Settings – Check the cloud connection status, mobile router or hotspot connection, cloud plan (free or paid) and real-time usage report (storage limit usage counter and amount and time of watching, downloading, playing).

NOTE!
To use the cloud feature, the recorder must be connected to the internet, for example, via an external mobile Wi-Fi router with an LTE modem, a smartphone hotspot, a vehicle's Wi-Fi network, or another internet access point via Wi-Fi and a cellular network. A kit containing the components necessary for the video recorder to work with the cloud is also available (a mobile Wi-Fi router with an LTE modem and a power supply for connecting the modem to a 12-24V vehicle installation).
