Hybrid mid-bass woofers
At the heart of the new hybrid woofers is an unconventional, innovative and highly efficient hybrid magnet system.
The hybrid woofers incorporate advanced technologies such as a one-piece DPC cone, a large 2.1" (54mm) Hexatech™ voice coil in an EVC™ structure. The CAR filter™ improves acoustic loading by controlling airflow within the driver, mimicking cabinet effects while improving power handling by 30%. The Uniflow™ die-cast aluminum body minimizes reflection distortion and enhances overall woofer efficiency.
Hybrid woofers are available in 4”, 5” and 6” diameters.
