MTX RTX654 – 165mm midrange driver

The MTX RTX654 is a high-performance, 16.5-centimeter (6.5") midrange speaker designed for SQL , open-door , and any setup requiring impressive dynamics and volume from a low power consumption. With an impressive efficiency of over 97 dB and 125 W RMS , this model produces exceptionally loud, vibrant, and energetic sound without the need for powerful amplifiers.

Despite its competitive nature, the RTX654 maintains a highly refined sound —offering a natural, smooth midrange, excellent musicality, and superb control. The quality is achieved thanks to, among other things, a 38mm voice coil , a phase plug that reduces standing waves, a large 113mm magnet system , a fabric surround, and a pressed paper diaphragm , known for its increased efficiency and exceptionally natural sound character.

For full range, the manufacturer recommends combining the speaker with MTX RTX2BT or RTX4BT .

Note: The RTX654 is sold individually – two speakers are required for a stereo setup.
