Since 1980, Punch subwoofers have become the go-to choice for car audio enthusiasts, a tradition that continues today. Punch subwoofers are classic Rockford Fosgate subwoofers. Continuously refined with the latest technologies and materials, they rank among the best subwoofers available on the market.

The current line debuted in 2011. A Kevlar-reinforced paper diaphragm VAST technology increases the diaphragm surface area by 25%, improving efficiency and sound quality. The voice coil itself has also been improved, ensuring stable operation under heavy loads.

CEA-2031 compliant , ensuring reliable and comparable performance. P1 subwoofers are suitable for both sealed and vented enclosures. An ABS grille ring is included, and dedicated grilles for the P1 series are available separately.

Rockford Fosgate products are rated according to the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) , an organization of over 2,000 companies in the consumer electronics industry. The CEA Technology and Standards defines standards that allow audio devices to be reliably evaluated and compared.
