9-inch HD WXGA Display
The large 9-inch WXGA touchscreen has a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and contains over 2.7 million pixel elements, making icons, menus and visual content incredibly clear and vivid on your dashboard. The screen is attached to an adjustable mount connected to a single-DIN housing that is designed to fit most 1DIN or 2DIN dashboard cutouts.

Wireless Apple CarPlay
"works wirelessly with Apple CarPlay" and allows iPhone users to make and receive calls, access and write text messages, play music, and get directions in a way that allows them to focus on the road. Apple CarPlay is accessible via the capacitive touchscreen or the microphone button to activate Siri voice control. With a Wi-Fi connection, you can keep your iPhone in your pocket and avoid having to constantly plug it in (except for charging).

2 USB Ports
Although the Alpine Halo9 is bare-bones (no built-in CD/DVD drive), you still have plenty of entertainment options. Two USB ports on the back of the unit allow you to connect one mobile device for charging, while the second USB port is for connecting a USB stick or hard drive to access audio and video files.

User-Adjustable Display:
With five vertical adjustments, a freely selectable angle, and two separate depth settings, you can position the floating display in the most optimal position while still maintaining access to dashboard controls and air vents. Users can now freely adjust the display angle at any time for optimal visibility and to avoid glare.

The World's First Head Unit with a Built-in Class D Amplifier:
The iLX-F905D is the world's first aftermarket head unit with a built-in 4 x 50W Class D amplifier, enabling excellent high-end audio reproduction with significantly reduced noise and phase shift. A key advantage of Class D amplification technology is its high efficiency of approximately 90%, compared to the 50-70% of Class AB amplifiers. New high-speed fans with internal heat sinks keep the Alpine Halo9 cool and your music flowing.

Equipped with a 56-band parametric EQ in Advanced mode, 2-way digital X-over, 6-channel digital time correction, and several Bass Engine SQ and MediaXpander sound tuning options, you have excellent tools at your disposal to fine-tune your Alpine Halo9 and the included amplifier/speaker system to perfection. But we didn't stop there: the Alpine Halo9 is Hi-Res Audio certified and can decode and play Hi-Res Audio files up to 96 kHz/1.536 kbps from USB sources in uncompressed supported formats like FLAC, WAV, and APE.

Extensive Entertainment Options
: The all-new DAB/radio tuner allows you to switch between DAB and FM, allowing you to enjoy seamless radio reception without interruption. In addition to extended USB video playback formats (MP4, MOV, FLV, MKV), the Alpine Halo9 offers a host of additional entertainment options: built-in Bluetooth allows you to stream audio from your phone, and an HDMI input lets you connect an external video player. And of course, you can use Android Auto with any compatible Android smartphone (wired connection).

Vehicle Data Bus Connection
If your car is equipped with parking sensors, you can still use these convenient features with your iLX-F905D. Alpine offers a variety of Vehicle Data Bus interfaces that allow you to connect your Alpine Halo9 to your vehicle's data bus system. This allows for compatibility with your vehicle's steering wheel controls, display of climate control settings, and display of parking sensors.

Driving Assistance Cameras
A rearview camera is a great way to enhance safety when reversing. The camera image automatically turns on when you shift into reverse, and the screen displays distance guidance that can be adjusted to the size of your car to help you park safely. Alpine offers a wide range of front and rear-facing cameras, including multi-view cameras with selectable viewing angles. You can even display the camera screen and the parking sensor screen simultaneously, if your car supports it.

External Control Knob: The
separately available RUE-BK01 external control knob connects wirelessly to the Alpine Halo9 and can be installed to the left or right of the touchscreen. Alternatively, you can position the control knob anywhere in your vehicle with a simple custom installation. Turning the knob adjusts the head unit's volume, while pressing it activates the on-screen rearview camera.
Note: This control knob will not function if wireless Apple CarPlay is enabled.

TIDAL Hi-Res Audio App:
With the integrated TIDAL app, you can access high-resolution audio streaming with TIDAL, enjoying a catalog of over 90 million songs and 450,000 videos. TIDAL HiFi and HiFi Plus members receive lossless audio and high-fidelity music options, delivering superior sound quality that elevates the music experience. TIDAL Masters, delivered in partnership with Master Quality Authenticated (MQA), allows HiFi Plus members to hear music exactly as the artist intended.
