Toyota Touch 2/Entune Rear View Camera Interface Adapter

Description

The Toyota Front Camera Mount Adapter is a revolutionary solution that combines three devices: a front camera adapter (allows you to connect your car's front camera), a rear camera adapter (also allows you to connect a rear-view camera if one wasn't installed by the manufacturer), and a front camera switch (allows you to use the OEM steering wheel buttons as dashcam controls). The system offers quick and easy plug-and-play connection without the need to cut any car wiring. All OEM functions work as before installation, and there's no risk of voiding your car's warranty. The solution is suitable for cars in the European, American, Canadian, Australian, and New Zealand markets.

The RFCC system provides 2 camera control modes:
 

• Automatic mode: The image from the front camera will be displayed on the screen automatically for 30 seconds after shifting from reverse to first gear (or drive) or until the car reaches a speed above 20 km/h.
• Manual mode: The front and rear camera images can be switched at any time by pressing the "MODE", "SEEK+", "SEEK-" buttons on the steering wheel.
• The operating algorithms are described in detail in the user manual.

NTSC format cameras are supported

Note: An additionally installed reversing camera (unless the manufacturer had an OEM reversing camera) should be powered from the ACC line (first turn of the key), otherwise the camera input will not be active. Depending on the type of camera being connected, namely the voltage required for the camera, you can use the +6 V input voltage produced by the monitor ( see wiring diagram ). If the camera requires more than +6 V, connect the camera's power supply to the ACC line.

Note: To ensure that the operating algorithms work correctly, the front camera should be powered only from the RFCC.
