CAR-TRONIC shipping price list

General information

  • To check the CAR-TRONIC shipping price list for your order, add all products to the cart and then select the delivery and payment method to see the exact calculated shipping costs for the products you have selected.
  • Shipping prices and shipping method depend on the dimensions and weight of the item. Once the item has been added, the total shipping cost is displayed. All shipments are insured by the courier company, including DPD and DHL.

Status of goods

  • Items with AVAILABLE are shipped within 1 to 5 business days (99% of shipments are shipped the same day)
  • A REQUEST AVAILABILITY status usually means shipping within 2-10 business days
  • The status AVAILABLE ON ORDER means that the product is ordered individually for the customer, the delivery time is agreed with the customer
  • Status OUT OF STOCK the product is currently unavailable in stock also in our suppliers' warehouse

  • Shipping costs for individual products are listed with each product. For multiple orders, shipping costs are listed in the order basket.

How to safely receive your parcel 

What should you do before accepting your shipment? Carefully inspect the condition of the outer packaging.

  • quality of the tapes: are they not torn or cut?
  • the condition of the box or envelope: whether it is not damaged, torn, dented, perforated, wet
  • number of boxes: whether all packages are delivered together (for multi-package shipments)
  • If you have any concerns about the appearance of the packaging, firmly refuse to accept the shipment. If everything is in order, sign the bill of lading. If you selected cash on delivery, pay the courier the full amount due. Receive the shipment, but do not release the courier yet. In the courier's presence, open the shipment and check that it is complete and the products are undamaged. If the courier refuses to wait, inform them that they will have to return to complete a report if necessary.

If you have any concerns, please prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier.

  • remember to keep a copy of the report
  • Please notify us of any concerns within 24 hours, including your order number and the cause of your complaint. If you've already paid for the goods, please specify whether you'd like an exchange or a refund.
  • We will inform you about the next steps within 2 days at the latest

Delivery of goods

  • Shipments are sent by DPD and DHL and are delivered from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm .
  • Shipment is confirmed via email and text message . The email will include a tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment after shipment. Simply enter the tracking number (available in our email notification) on the DPD and locate your shipment. To ensure the highest quality of this service, we offer parcel tracking from the moment the item leaves the warehouse until we notify you of next-day delivery.
  • Shipments sent by Poczta Polska are sent as registered priority or postal parcels .
  • Goods are also shipped via the PACZKOMATY , where the parcel can be collected from any parcel locker in the country.
